  • 27km hike across three peaks including Snowdon
  • Dinner and overnight camping

Sunday 17 September

  • 49km cycle and 5km canoe
  • Celebratory gala dinner and awards

Monday 18 September

  • Teams depart

Day 1

Leave the campsite on foot with your team to summit the triple crown of Glyder Fawr, Glyder Fach and Snowdon itself.

Day 2

Picking up mountain bikes, teams will tackle the roads, tracks and bridleways of Snowdonia before jumping into canoes to complete a circular 5km course on Llyn Peris Resevoir.

Fundraising

This is a fundraising event for the Youth Adventure Trust, a charity devoted to empowering vulnerable and disadvantaged young people to achieve their potential. We’re asking each team to raise £3,300 – the cost of sending one child on the Trust’s 3 year programme. To meet some of the children who have already been helped by the Trust, see our charity page.

Team scoring

Teams will be awarded points out of 100 for their performance in each element of the Challenge, with the highest scoring team across the four disciplines taking home the Invesco Perpetual Snowdon Challenge trophy for 2017.
